I have a crush again. And, like always, it sucks! It's not called a "crush" for no reason.


If you've found this page, you most likely also have a crush, and (like me) are having trouble coping. Lucky for you, I've compiled 27 sure-fire ways to cope with having a crush. Here's how you can alleviate the pain and dull the void:


  1. Scream.

  2. Read a book.

  3. Watch TV.

  4. Scroll TikTok.

  5. Scroll Instagram.

  6. Scroll Twitter.

  7. Masturbate!

  8. Scroll TikTok again.

  9. Journal–about your feelings or about something else entirely (e.g., What did you do today? What's the weather like? How's your relationship with your family? Do you think you're worthy of love?).

  10. Go to a coffee shop and write a blog post.

  11. End up watching a cute couple on a date at said coffee shop.

  12. Think about your crush.

  13. Wonder why you did that.

  14. Let yourself daydream a little.

  15. Curse yourself for daydreaming about them.

  16. Take a nap.

  17. Curse yourself for actual-dreaming about them.

  18. Overanalyze every interaction you've ever had with them.

  19. Scroll TikTok.

  20. Do a face mask!

  21. Think about them (by accident).

  22. Put on some music (NOT Mazzy Star–you know better than that).

  23. Dance around!

  24. Picture going on a date with them.

  25. Cave in and listen to Mazzy Star.

  26. Scream again.
